OB/GYN Care of Oklahoma recently leased 1,698 sf of medical office space at South Highland, 1016 SW 44th St. in Oklahoma City. The lease was negotiated by Cathy Riley of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.

Mary Harris recently leased 3,159 sf of retail space at 900 N. Rockwell in Oklahoma City for a variety store. The lease was negotiated by Cathy Riley of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.

Wyle,CAS Group renewed their lease of 2,325 sf of space at the Sheridan Retail Center located at 1420-1422 NW Sheridan Rd. in Lawton, Oklahoma. The lease was negated by Lori Petit of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.

Walmart Real Estate Business Trust recently purchased 6.79 acres of land in the Yukon Crossing commercial development for $1.5 million. Yukon Crossing is a 46 acre commercial and mixed use development at the NW corner of Highway 66 and Yukon Parkway in Yukon, Oklahoma. The sale was negotiated by Rod Baker, CCIM of Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services and Tim Clark of Tapp Companies, Inc. The closing was handled by American Eagle Title Group.

Jakob Haliwa, dba A-Team Locksmith, leased 1,300 sf of space at the South Penn Retail Center located at 9104 S. Penn. The lease was negotiated by Cathy Riley of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.

Bill Reid recently joined Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services as a Sales Associate, bringing 29 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Reid has an appraisal background, having achieved his MAI designation early in his career, and has spent most of his career as a commercial real estate lender in the national market. He has extensive experience originating and purchasing loans and negotiating detailed transactions. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, is a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Sales Associate, and is past president of the Great Plains Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He attends Crossings Community Church, where he volunteers with LifeTools for Kids, a support program for children.

Jaxon Brody Holdings, LLC recently purchased a 3,577 sf office building at 12317 Hidden Forest Blvd. for $465,000. Seller was Hidden Forest Investors, LLC. The sale was negotiated by Rod Baker, CCIM of Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services. The closing was handled by Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company.

AVL Systems Design, LLC recently purchased 3.23 acres of land in the Penn Pointe Addition in Edmond near NW 164th and Pennsylvania Ave. from Penn Pointe Investors, LLC. Rod Baker, CCIM of Baker First Commercial Real Estate negotiated the sale. The closing was handled by Oklahoma City Abstract & Title.

Daniel G. & Donna E. McCoy with the McCoy Living Trust recently purchased 6 acres of land on the southeast corner of Memorial and Coltrane in Oklahoma City for $350,000. Seller was Jo & Sons, LLC. The sale was negotiated by Rod Baker, CCIM of Baker First Commercial Real Estate. The closing was handled by Oklahoma City Abstract & Title.
