McDermott Property Holdings, LLC purchased 3.44 acres of land from Native Warehousing, LLC in the Westport Commerce Business Park near Vandament Ave. and Westport Blvd. in Yukon. The sale was negotiated by Bill Reid of Baker First Commercial Real Estate and David Rhodes of Kevo Properties. Malissa Boydstun of American Eagle Title Group, LLC handled the closing.

Haros Properties, Ltd. purchased a 3,200 sf warehouse building located on approximately 2 acres at 3201 NE 63rd St. for $224,000. Seller was Kevin M. Rund.
