Aynul Chowdhury, dba Pizza Milano, renewed a lease of 2,000 sf of space at 4514 NW 16^th St. at Meridian Plaza Shopping Center.  The lease was negotiated by Lori Petit of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.

H&R Block Eastern Enterprises, Inc. renewed a lease of 5,869 sf of space at 1611 N Meridian Ave. at Meridian Plaza Shopping Center.  The lease was negotiated by Bill Reid of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.

Sandra Jean Steffen purchased 2.69 acres of land at 1601 Commerce St. in Yukon from Native Warehousing, LLC for $190,000.  The sale was negotiated by Bill Reid of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.  Jackie Ogilvie with Old Republic Title of Oklahoma handled the closing.

4308, LLC purchased an office building from Ryder Financial, LLC for $645,000.  The 4,700 sf building is located in the Wexford Office Complex at 4308 N. Meridian Ave.  The sale was negotiated by Rod Baker, CCIM of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.  Teresa Koeppe with Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

Chris Franklin leased 1,339 sf of retail space at 4528 NW 16th St. in the Meridian Plaza Shopping Center.  He will be opening an advertising & promotions company.  The lease was negotiated by Bill Reid of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.
