Walmart Real Estate Business Trust recently purchased 6.79 acres of land in the Yukon Crossing commercial development for $1.5 million. Yukon Crossing is a 46 acre commercial and mixed use development at the NW corner of Highway 66 and Yukon Parkway in Yukon, Oklahoma. The sale was negotiated by Rod Baker, CCIM of Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services and Tim Clark of Tapp Companies, Inc. The closing was handled by American Eagle Title Group.

Bill Reid Joins Baker First
Bill Reid recently joined Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services as a Sales Associate, bringing 29 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Reid has an appraisal background, having achieved his MAI designation early in his career, and has spent most of his career as a commercial real estate lender in the national market. He has extensive experience originating and purchasing loans and negotiating detailed transactions. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, is a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Sales Associate, and is past president of the Great Plains Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He attends Crossings Community Church, where he volunteers with LifeTools for Kids, a support program for children.
