Jakob Haliwa, dba A-Team Locksmith, leased 1,300 sf of space at the South Penn Retail Center located at 9104 S. Penn. The lease was negotiated by Cathy Riley of Baker First Commercial Real Estate.

Bill Reid recently joined Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services as a Sales Associate, bringing 29 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Reid has an appraisal background, having achieved his MAI designation early in his career, and has spent most of his career as a commercial real estate lender in the national market. He has extensive experience originating and purchasing loans and negotiating detailed transactions. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, is a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Sales Associate, and is past president of the Great Plains Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He attends Crossings Community Church, where he volunteers with LifeTools for Kids, a support program for children.

Jaxon Brody Holdings, LLC recently purchased a 3,577 sf office building at 12317 Hidden Forest Blvd. for $465,000. Seller was Hidden Forest Investors, LLC.
