Aaron Kirkman, dba Golden Poodle Grooming leased 1,800 sf of retail space for a dog grooming spa at Bradbury Station, 3725 E. 2nd St. in Edmond. The lease was negotiated by Rod Baker, CCIM of Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services and Jake Hinckley of Plains Commercial Real Estate.
